More classes!

Class:Disciple
Sprite: Ursula (Final Fantasy 4 The After Years.)

Commands:
Attack
Kick
Tenketsu
E.Shift
(Elemental Shift.)
Chakra
Items


Tenketsu is a regular attack but has a chance of making your attack the enemies weakness. Example: Rubicante your "Attack" would change to ice elemental while fighting him if you use Tenketsu.

E.Shift Where you could
cast elemental claws basically a spell that acts like you changed your
weapons element. Ice,fire,thunder,non element (to turn it back) and
maybe drain. (Also adds element to Kick.)


Chakra a healing move that heals 60% of the targets current hp can be used on yourself and others but can only single target,also heals status ailments on the character it is used on.


Tenketsu is just a idea if
you add this class feel free to only add E.Shift as both of them would
make the action list to long.

Same stat gain as monk but with higher agi.
Equips everything the same as monk.

I like it, but if it's Beatrix, it needs Stock Crash Break in it's full name. So Zidane imitators go O Shi-! everytime you do it. Very Happy
Not the one that Beatrix uses when you get to play as her, either. (For the MP cost, it was pretty good, I admit.) The one she uses everytime you fight her. Yea. The one where she magically knocks everyone down non-Garland-style and gets them all down to around 1-50 Hp. THAT one. A nice FFL "Zantetsuken"-esque move for players. It won't help ya much in PvP, but still...making stuff asplode for 9998 damage is about as good as 9999, right? Suggest a ++Class! - Page 5 Icon_razz

EDIT: Note to self, quotes within quotes are bad. Baaaaad. Also, the mistakes I made regarding the names are bad. Baaaaad. *facepalms*

I didn't care to look if anything like this was posted, but I doubt it was.

The special thing about this class isn't that it's got draw or Gf, It's that it starts at horrible stats, but u can equip several weapons or armor that work like rings (This may have to be adjusted... and likely will very carefully if you do implement it, maybe only allow 2 items like this.)
But they're the only 1s u get to choose from all game XP

The cool thing about a class like that is that it's fully customizable and no 2 SeeDs are necessarily alike. They aren't OP (actually maybe UP even...).
My logic for developing stats this way and choosing SeeD as the title is the junction system, as likely the weapons and armor I would like to have named after summons XP.

Draw would function like osmose in some way, simple.
GF would be just a couple summons, probably just the basics.
And blue is just that... blue magic heheh.

I figure this would be a hard class to add in... But as the thread title says, Ideas, nothing more XP. If anything it can add some new diversity to the endgame for people who've beaten it several times, no?



Just in case, here's a tl;dr:

I'm aware I'm stealing this from FFTA/FFTA2. It's a good class.

Name: Fusilier
Description: Class that specializes in debilitating the enemy, using firearms from afar. Attacks using status infliction and elemental damage.
Equipment: Light Armor, two-handed rifles, one-handed pistols.
Statistics:
HP: Average
MP: Average
STR: Average
VIT: Average
AGI: High
WIL: Low
WIS: Low

Command List:

Gunsling
Description: Use special ammunition to disrupt targets.

Abilities:
Fireshot: Attack with fire elemental damage.
Iceshot: Attack with ice elemental damage.
Boltshot: Attack with thunder elemental damage.
Windshot: Attacks with wind elemental damage.
Earthshot: Attacks with earth elemental damage.
Darkshot: Attacks with dark elemental damage.
Holyshot: Attacks with holy elemental damage.

Venomshot: Attacks with a chance to poison the target.

Silenshot: Attacks with a chance to silence the target.
Confushot: Attacks with a chance to confuse the target.

Every ability under Gunsling would use MP. Elemental attacks and status attacks are listed in the order you would learn them in, but they would be mixed together. That is to say, you don't learn all the elementals, then the statuses. They're dispersed among each other. Average statistics but high agility would focus this class into a situational one, best suited for parties to take advantage of his/her abilities.

Class: Angel
Wepeon: Harp
Armour: same as a white mage
Move set: Attack
sing
Prayer
and somthing simular to holy sword but for harp wepeons instead

The class would have strong points in MP, Agility and Will
and weak points in hp,strength, vitality and wisdom

might make a few angel icons now :L

Welp, started playing the game last night, loved it, heard about this, thought I'd add my 2 cents worth. I noticed that the game has a Swordmaster, which is more like a Holy Knight from FFT (especially the skills). So...I figured a more Samurai-like class was in order. However, being the rabid anime fan than I am, I'm going for the more stereotypical, dressed-in-robes, quickdraw type of Samurai.

Kotetsu - Lightning-based, single/multi, chance of causing Berserk.
Nosada - Fire-based, single/multi, chance of causing Confuse.
Murasame - Non-elemental, single target, drains HP/MP from the target.

Based on: Pirates

Attack - Attacks.

Mug - Hits an opponent, and steals an item.

Grog - Increases attack and defense, but poisons.

Cannon {REQUIRES AMMO} - A Pirate must select the type of ammo he wishes to use, then can use to fire at an enemy. Different ammo can be elemental based, or inflict statuses.

Ammo Types -
Bomb - Fire elemental damage.
Dry Ice - Ice elemental damage.
Static - Bolt elemental damage.
Flood - Water elemental damage.
Gyro - Air elemental damage.
Underground - Earth elemental damage.
Demonic - Dark elemental damage.
Angelic - Holy elemental damage.
Chloroform - May induce sleep.
Chlrorine - May induce poison.
Lead - May induce confusion.
Soulsnatcher - May cause instant death.
Jet - Goes immediatly.
Subdivide - Splits up into multiple cannonballs, hits all enemies.
1 Tonne - Slow, but powerful.

Name: Blacksmith/S.Blacksmith (Sacred Blacksmith)

Description: A renowned sword smith and also a talented swordsman. He is able to forge weapons in the midst of battle, and even imbue the blades with elemental properties to take advantage of elemental weaknesses. Prefered weapon is the Katana.

Based on: Luke Ainsworth; main protagonist of the series "The Sacred Blacksmith"

Guardian

SpiritWave: Cast Regen on the Party
Invisible: Cast Blink on the Party
Barrier: Cast Reflect on the Party

Stat Growth:
HP: Good
Strength: Good
Vitality: Very Poor
Agility: Average
Wisdom: Poor
Will: Poor

Weapons: Swords, Rods, Staves
Armour: All

Might be trying too hard to make it seem "balanced" and all, but whatevs.

Heres one I guess.

Gunner.

Skills: (Probably have to make some new ones)
Health Bullet: Consume hp to deal damage depending on the certain skills. An example would be like to attack all enemies, you deal damage to the enemies determining on your attack like 12x154. That's how much it would do to them. There are many more or less moves but this is one of them.
Sword: I think that's what they're called for magic knight. Allows them to do sword magic except with a gun. So I guess it'll be call "Gun" instead of sword?

Gaining stats:
Hp: Average
Mp: Average
Strength: Above Average
Agility: Below Average
Vitality: Average
Wisdom: Average/Above Average
Will: Low

Well the stats probably depends on you. I myself mostly see it in need of those stat rings to be better. The weapons aren't that strong so you have to rely mostly on your stats. Weapons he/she uses is a Handgun, Shotgun, and Sniper. Handgun being the weakest however gives you a stat boost. Shotgun being the strongest but doesn't do much in the back row (Only if it's gonna be in.) Sniper being stronger then the shotgun lacks some defense and stats boost.
The armors are most likely gonna be mage's equipments.

I think that's about most of it. Need more explaining I'll edit some in here.

(Forbidden) Machina
Weapons: Monk Weapons and "Arm Cannons" which are basically the same but deal magical damage.
Armor: Heavy Plate
Shield: No
Dual Wield: Yes

Skills:
Attack
Either: EMP: Instantly kills all non-boss Machine monsters in the battle, including the Machina OR Countdown: In three turns it will self destruct, doing massive fire damage to everything.
Laser: Large Magic Electrical damage to one monster. Takes some time to charge. If possible, at an appropriate level it becomes much stronger.
Bomb: Engineer's Bomb skill.
Item

HP: Average
MP: N/A
Strength: Very Good
Agility: Good
Vitality: Below Average
Wisdom: It's better than bad, it's Good.

Class: Mamkut
Based On: The Mamkut class from Fire Emblem 1/3.

Attack - Attacks.


Transform {REQUIRES SPECIAL ITEM (Stones)} - Mamkuts use stones to transform into dragons. Different stones means a different dragon. The dragon forme is much stronger, faster and all round better than the human forme. However, it only lasts for 3 turns, and they are only able to attack.

List of stones:

Flametongue - Transforms the mamkut into a Fire Dragon. Their attacks are fire-element.

Frostheart - Transforms the mamkut into an Ice Dragon. Their attacks are ice-element.

Thunderclaw - Transforms the mamkut into a Thunder Dragon. Their attacks are lightning-element.

God's Wrath - Transforms the mamkut into a God Dragon. Slightly stronger. Their attacks are Holy-element.

Satan's Fury - Transforms the mamkut into a Demon Dragon. Slightly stronger. Their attacks are Dark-element.

Kingryu - Transforms the mamkut into a King Dragon. The strongest dragon forme. Non-elemental attacks.

Cyclone - Deals wind damage to all enemy's.

Artifice's Embrace - Deals Earth damage to all enemy's and
may inflict Slow.

Avalanche - Deals Ice damage to all enemy's and may
inflict Sleep.

Life's Embrace - Deals Earth damage to all enemy's and
may inflict stop.

Venom Squall - Deals Water damage to all enemy's and may
inflict Poison.

Shining Flare - Deals fire damage to all enemy's.

Earth's Embrace - Deals Earth damage to all enemy's and
may inflict confusion.

Mist Storm - Deals Dark damage to both HP and MP to one
enemy.

Whips can, but it requires a lot of skill, It can realistically be done. Wait a minute since when is summoning magical beings and such realistic? *cough* Oh right its a FANTASY RPG...

'SRang'(Shield Boomerang): Attack multiple enemy's by throwing a Shield like a boomerang.

'SReflect'(Shield Reflect): Reflect a fraction of the damage received by the Shield Knight this turn back at the enemy who dealt it.(Assuming they are hit, Does work with cover.)

I'm just saying. Having magical beings is, well, magic. That's fine with me, but I just can't picture someone having two spears, or two whips (I still don't think it's realistic at all). Dualwielding bows would be totally badass but would require four arms and more equip slots (I know that wasn't your point). I didn't mean for you to take any offense to my post, you didn't have to get so defensive about it or anything. It's not that I don't think dualwielding whips or spears (or bows, for that matter!) wouldn't be cool -- it would be -- but just doesn't make a whole lot of sense for the weapons in general, and I doubt I'd be the only person that feels that way.

I have seen people Dual wielding whips, so it can be done and is realistic...Despite your -opinion-... and the whips is the -only- weapon that the "(Can Dual Wield)" was directed at, my fault for not specifying. Dual wielding bows? not even going to comment. Spears? obviously not.

Now if you would kindly stop bugging me with your flawed 4chan logic.
